FHIR, OMOP, HDS, health-blind… every term you'll encounter, defined clearly and without filler.
- FHIR standard
- The interoperability standard healthcare systems use to exchange clinical data (patients, results, prescriptions). Polnor speaks it natively.
- OMOP standard
- The reference data model for global observational health research (OHDSI). Standardizing your data to OMOP means you can analyze it with the same tooling and cohort logic used everywhere else.
- EDS warehouse
- Health data warehouse: the single environment where your data is consolidated for analytics and AI. Polnor is a modern, open, sovereign health data warehouse.
- HDS hosting
- Hébergeur de Données de Santé (Health Data Host): France's mandatory certification for hosting health data. Polnor deploys on HDS-certified hosts (OVHcloud, Scaleway).
- Anonymization GDPR
- Irreversibly removing any means of re-identifying an individual within the data. Once anonymized, the data falls outside the scope of the GDPR.
- Pseudonymization GDPR
- Replacing identifiers with tokens while preserving the ability to link records belonging to the same patient. Reversible with a key, and therefore still governed by the GDPR.
- Health-blind sovereignty
- Polnor's operating model: we orchestrate the processing but never see patient data. It stays in your cloud.
- Lakehouse architecture
