Polnor.
Pricing

Transparent by construction. Nothing hidden in the compute.

You pay your host directly for cloud. Polnor bills only for the platform on top, a clear markup on your real usage, itemized line by line. No card to register, no margin buried in your compute, no lock-in.

The model

Three principles, no fine print.

Your cloud, your bill

Compute and storage are billed to you directly by your host (OVHcloud, Scaleway), at their published rates. You keep full visibility and control of your infrastructure spend.

Value, not a toll

Polnor charges for the platform, ingestion, de-identification, OMOP, governance, AI, as a transparent markup on your real cloud usage, itemized line by line. We never resell your compute at a hidden margin.

No lock-in

Start pay-as-you-go. An annual commitment lowers the fee if it suits you, but nothing forces one, and because the data lives in your cloud, leaving costs you no migration.

How the bill works

Two lines, both of which you can check

Your host invoices your cloud usage directly, at their rates, you can reconcile it against your own OVHcloud or Scaleway console. Polnor then invoices a single platform fee, computed transparently from that same usage. No card on file; you are invoiced monthly.

Every line traces back to real, verifiable cloud usage

What the fee buys

You're paying for the health-data engineering you don't have to build.

Not compute, that's your host's. The platform fee covers the years of specialized work that would otherwise sit on your roadmap.

The pre-built pipeline

FHIR ingestion, GDPR de-identification, OMOP conversion and clinical quality control, maintained, versioned and ready, instead of an 18-month internal build.

Compliance & HDS

PHI classification, access logging, retention, EHDS export and HDS-aligned hosting, the governance healthcare answers to, maintained continuously.

The AI stack

Cohorts, feature store, MLflow-compatible tracking, model registry and serving, the full path from data to a deployed model, co-located with your data.

Two ways to start

Pay-as-you-go, or commit and pay less

Begin on-demand, with no commitment, you pay for what you use, month to month. When your usage is steady, an annual commitment lowers the platform fee. Either way there is no card to register and no penalty for leaving; your data is already in your cloud.

18+ months
to rebuild FHIR ingestion, GDPR de-identification, OMOP and HDS governance in-house, with scarce, expensive teams.
And a single healthcare breach averages $7.42M (IBM, 2025).

The real question isn't the price of Polnor, it's the cost of doing it without. The platform fee is set against years of specialized engineering you don't staff, compliance you don't have to maintain, and a breach exposure you don't take on.

Your quote

Scoped to your project, not squeezed into a tier.

Data volume, number of users, compute profile (analytics vs. AI training) and hosting region all move the number. Rather than publish tiers that fit no one, we build a precise quote with you.

A 30-minute demo

We show the platform on a representative case and understand your objectives and constraints.

2

We scope your usage

Volume, users, analytics vs. training, region. This drives both your cloud cost and the platform fee.

Your real cloud cost plus the Polnor fee, itemized, no surprises, no obligation to proceed.

Pricing questions

What finance and procurement will ask.

Is there a card to register or an auto-charge?+
No. Billing is by manual invoice, no card on file, no automatic charge. You receive a monthly invoice for the Polnor platform fee; your cloud is invoiced separately, and directly, by your host.
What exactly is included in the fee, versus the cloud cost?+
The cloud cost, compute and storage, is billed by your host at their rates. The Polnor fee covers the platform: the pre-built FHIR → de-identification → OMOP pipeline, governance and HDS compliance, and the analytics and AI stack. It is a transparent markup on your real usage, never a hidden margin inside your compute.
Can we predict and control the bill?+
Yes. Because both lines derive from real usage you can see in your own cloud console, spend is predictable and reconcilable. Usage-based controls and a steady-state commitment let you cap and optimize it.
Do you offer a proof of concept?+
Yes. Engagements typically start with a scoped pilot on a representative dataset, so you can validate the pipeline and the numbers before committing to anything.
What does the commitment change?+
An annual commitment reduces the platform fee for steady, predictable usage. It changes the price, not the product or your ownership: the full platform is available on both plans, and your data stays in your cloud either way.
Is there any cost to leave?+
None. Your data, tables and models already live in your cloud, so there is nothing to migrate out. Ending the relationship removes the orchestration, not your assets.
