Is Polnor SecNumCloud and HDS?+
Polnor runs on OVHcloud infrastructure, whose public cloud is SecNumCloud 3.2-qualified and HDS-certified. The qualification covers the host; Polnor is the platform operator and designs its product to stay within that perimeter. The exact scope is framed contractually depending on your tender.
What does the BYOC model change for me?+
You bring your own OVHcloud account. Your data, compute and storage stay within your perimeter. Polnor orchestrates on top. You keep full control over location and access — and you pay the infrastructure directly to OVHcloud.
Why does a US cloud make me lose tenders?+
Even hosted in Europe, a US provider's data remains subject to US law (CLOUD Act, FISA 702). For public, health or defense tenders, this is often disqualifying. Qualified sovereign infrastructure removes that blocker.
Am I locked in?+
No. Your data lives in your own cloud account, in the open Apache Iceberg format. You can leave with your data at any time.
Do I have to rewrite everything?+
No. Python/SQL notebooks, Spark, an MLflow-compatible registry — your teams keep the tools they already know, with no relearning.
