Sovereignty isn't a promise. It's our architecture.
Polnor runs in your own OVHcloud account, on SecNumCloud 3.2-qualified and HDS-certified infrastructure. Your data never leaves your perimeter, and our control plane sees none of it. That's what makes you eligible for the contracts closed to US clouds.
For a public, health or defense tender, US-subject hosting is often disqualifying. Sovereignty isn't marketing: it's an eligibility criterion.
What makes Polnor genuinely sovereign.
Not a checkbox on a brochure: a full chain, from qualified hosting to the product's architecture.
SecNumCloud 3.2
Hosted on OVHcloud, whose public cloud "SNC Cloud Platform" has been SecNumCloud 3.2-qualified (ANSSI) since 1 September 2026, across three datacenters. The highest trust level for sensitive data.
HDS hosting
The infrastructure is HDS-certified (French Health Data Host) — essential for hospitals, CROs, labs and any processing of health data.
CLOUD Act immune
No US-law-subject actor in the chain. Your data stays out of reach of the CLOUD Act and FISA 702 — including their extraterritorial access requests.
BYOC & data-less
Bring Your Own Cloud: your data, compute and results stay in your account. The control plane orchestrates without ever seeing your data.
Your data stays with you. We see none of it.
Not a privacy policy, a technical separation. The platform runs in your OVHcloud account; the Polnor control plane orchestrates metadata only.
Polnor runs on OVHcloud infrastructure, whose public cloud is SecNumCloud 3.2-qualified and whose offer is HDS-certified. The qualification and certification cover the host; Polnor is the platform operator. The exact service scope is confirmed contractually depending on the target tender.
Sovereign, never captive.
Reversibility
Your data in the open Apache Iceberg format, in your account. Leave with it whenever you want, no proprietary format.
GDPR & DORA
Data in France/EU, access traceability, per-table governance. Compatible with your GDPR and DORA obligations.
Public-sector ready
Built for public-sector and defense requirements: trusted cloud, sensitive data, end-to-end sovereignty.
