Polnor.
How it works

The platform comes to you. Not the other way around.

With US clouds, you send your data to them. With Polnor, the platform deploys into your sovereign cloud. Your data never moves. Here are the 4 steps.

1

You connect your cloud

You connect your own OVHcloud account, on infrastructure qualified SecNumCloud 3.2 and HDS-certified. Your VPC, your storage, your access: it all stays yours.

Nothing to migrate to a third-party cloud. The data stays in your qualified perimeter, in France.
2

The platform deploys in your perimeter

Polnor installs into your account via the BYOC model (Bring Your Own Cloud). The Polnor control plane orchestrates compute, but has no access to your data.

Managed by us (updates, control-plane security), run in your cloud. Immune to the CLOUD Act.
3

Your teams work

Python/SQL notebooks, pipelines, SQL warehouses, machine learning, model serving. Your data scientists keep their tools (MLflow-compatible), with no retraining.

From ingestion to AI in production, without the data ever leaving your cloud.
4

Governance and reversibility

Fine-grained per-table permissions, masking, full access log. And your data in the open Apache Iceberg format: no lock-in, leave with your data whenever you want.

Sovereignty also means the freedom to leave. No proprietary format.
Sovereignty by design

What our control plane sees of your data: nothing.

It is not a contractual promise, it is the architecture. Data and results stay in your cloud; the control plane only handles orchestration metadata.

Polnor runs on OVHcloud infrastructure, whose public cloud is qualified SecNumCloud 3.2 and HDS-certified. The qualification covers the host; Polnor is the platform operator. The exact scope is confirmed by contract depending on the tender.
