New WordPress 2.7 – huurrah!
My first impressions of Wordpress 2.7? It’s great – I like new administration interface a lot. It seems much more “user friendly” and the overall look suites my taste. I also hope that the new feature – automatic upgrade – will work in the future. Not that the upgrade was too complex or difficult. It was just… stressful. Continue reading

Very good WordPress tutorials
Tutorials are well written, step-by-step and in understandable (even for “newbie”!) language. I recommend especially “Make a theme series”:
- Part 1 – The Loop
- Part 2 – A splash of colour
- Part 3 – Finding your style
Interesting new feature of post editing in WP2.7
I find it really useful but I wonder will such nice changes also come to the editor itself? (I mean here better “on-screen” HTML and visual editor – well, I have to admit that I am using “It’s All Text” extension for Firefox now, configured to launch gvim…). Continue reading
