Most "data platforms" quietly run on AWS, Azure or GCP — which means your most sensitive data sits under US jurisdiction. Polnor was built the other way around: European infrastructure first, so compliance is the starting point, not a paid tier.

The control plane runs on OVHcloud in France (GRA9). Your tables, your object storage and your compute stay in your own European cloud account — they are never copied to a US region.
Immune to the US Cloud Act
No American hyperscaler in the loop. Polnor and your infrastructure are operated by European entities under European law — your data is out of reach of extraterritorial US subpoenas (Cloud Act, FISA 702).
GDPR by design
Data residency, per-workspace isolation, full audit trail and encryption of credentials at rest (AES-256-GCM) are built into the platform — not an add-on. You stay the data controller, end to end.
